Our world-class systems are supported by Salesforce through a purpose built Tracking and Reporting platform, which provides online tracking capabilities, as well as messaging functionality and alerts so we can proactively inform all clients of cargo movements. These systems reinforce our commitment towards customer service and client engagement.

We deliver dynamically generated reports, enabling KPI management, benchmarking and performance tracking. Reports can be provided as required, including at weekly, monthly or other intervals.

Our platforms are available online and through a mobile interface, ensuring ongoing visibility and oversight. Furthermore, our dedicated staff are always available to provide up-to-date information on the status of your cargo movements.
